Deliveries are made between 8am and 5pm. Address details for your deliveries may be amended at any time, changes however take up to 24hrs prior to the weekly Wednesday cut-off to be put into effect. If you have an urgent address change, please email us at email@example.com for us to assist.
If delivery is unsuccessful to the specified address for whatever reason, we’ll attempt to contact you on your phone number provided on your profile to make an alternative arrangement. We’ll endeavor to deliver up to a maximum of two attempts, but should this not be possible for whatever reason, you agree to forfeit your box with no refund.
Like A Chef will not be held responsible for any delays, outside our control.
Customers are responsible to report all lost deliveries to us within 24 hours. Failure to do so will result in no refund.
Deliveries are only applicable to the suburbs listed on the Like A Chef Website.
Return & Refund Policy
If the product you have purchased from Like A Chef is faulty, damaged, inedible or defective, we will happily refund the purchase price using your original payment method or exchange the product.
Like A Chef reserves the right to have the product assessed, in its original packaging for acceptable quality prior to providing you with a suitable remedy.
To make a claim under our Returns Policy, we require notification within 24 hours of delivery.
