Your box will be delivered on a Monday between 7:30am and 5 pm.

Where possible, organic ingredients are included.

Yes. You’ll need some basics like oil egg, salt and foil, depending on the weeks menu

There are 3 different dishes inside each box – three weeknight dinners. All boxes can be ordered for 2 people (6 meals per week) or 4 people (12 meals per week).

Like A Chef is a mealkit subscription service that brings, directly to your doors all the fresh and pre-portioned ingredients you need to prepare your meals in under 45 minutes. You save time doing the groceries and money from wasting food.

You will receive all the fresh, locally sourced ingredients to prepare your meals for the week in a single box on a Monday. Our boxes are insulated and contain ice packs, so the ingredients can stay up to 8 hours in the box without a problem. Even if you’re not at home, the delivery person will leave your box where you want it, according to your delivery preferences. When you come home, your Like A Chef box will be waiting for you.

If we are unable to deliver at the specified address, we will attempt to redeliver the package to you the following day. If the second attempt is unsuccessful, we will charge you the redelivery fee as well as the full charge of the package.

We use ice packs and insulated liners to keep contents cool and guarantee optimal freshness

We ensure products are delivered cold. Products can be stored in the fridge for a maximum of 4 days unless otherwise specified on individual packaging.

You don’t have to order a box every week. You can choose to only order a box from time to time, when you want to receive your box! Please note that you have until the Wednesday 11:59pm The prior to the week of delivery to modify or cancel any order.

You can do so in your account area under “My settings”, but we’ll be sad to see you go.

Definitely not!!!! The awesome thing about your ‘subscription’ is that you’re in control of your orders. You can set your account on active and receive a box every week, or you can put your account on pause and only order for the week(s) where you want a delivery. All we ask is that you finalise your order for the coming Monday by the preceding Wednesday. There are no hidden costs or cancellation terms.

Click “Login” on our start page and then select “forgot password?”. We’ll send you a link to reset your password via email.

Each week you’ll automatically receive great dishes in a box, but as a flexible subscription, you can skip a week or pause your subscription, edit number of portions you’d like to receive.
